Acceptable Use Policy

1. Real people: no impersonation or deepfakes

• Don't create images, video or audio that show or sound like a real, identifiable person unless you have their clear, written permission to do so.
• Never make it look as if a real person, celebrity or influencer uses, endorses or reviews a product when they don't.
• No deepfakes: don't put someone's face, body or voice into content they didn't take part in, and don't create content meant to deceive people about what someone said or did.

2. Voices

• Use only the stock voices and the described (designed) voices we provide.
• Don't try to copy or imitate a real person's voice, and don't upload someone else's voice recording to clone, convert or dub it without their permission.
• Don't use generated voices for scam calls, fake testimonials or to pretend to be a business you aren't.

3. Intellectual property

• Only upload photos, video, audio and product images that you own or have the right to use.
• Don't create content that copies other brands' logos, trademarks, packaging, characters, artwork or copyrighted designs, or that passes off a product as another brand's (including counterfeits and “dupes” sold under someone else's name).
• Don't remove or hide watermarks or other rights information from content that isn't yours.

4. Sexual content: none allowed

Ecom Tools Studio does not allow sexual content of any kind: no nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive imagery, pornographic audio or “adult” product shots that show people in a sexual way. Prompts asking for it are refused, and outputs flagged by our safety checks are not delivered.

5. Minors: zero tolerance

Never create, upload or publish anything that sexualizes, exploits, endangers or abuses a child, or that places a minor in an adult context. We remove such content immediately, close the account and report it to the relevant authorities (for example the NCMEC CyberTipline or the police) where the law requires or allows it.

6. Harassment, hate and violence

• No content that harasses, bullies, threatens or humiliates a person or group.
• No hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are (race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability and similar).
• No content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or dangerous acts.

7. Honest advertising

• Don't create fake reviews, fake before-and-after results or fake customer photos.
• Don't make false health, medical, financial or safety claims about a product.
• Don't promote illegal, counterfeit, stolen or age-restricted goods to people who can't legally buy them.

8. Using the service fairly

• Don't try to get around credit, queue, rate or daily limits, for example with many accounts.
• Don't scrape the service, attack it, probe it for weaknesses or upload malware.
• Don't resell access to the studio or its models without our written agreement.

9. Enforcement and reporting

We may refuse prompts, remove content from the Community, suspend features or close accounts that break this policy, with or without notice. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
