Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Ecom Tools Studio (the "studio"): creating images, videos and audio with AI models, buying credits and sharing work in the Community.

Placeholder — the owner will replace this text before launch. It outlines how Ecom Tools Studio works and is not yet a reviewed legal document.

1. Your account

  • You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the studio.
  • One person per account. Accounts used to get around limits or this policy may be closed.

2. Credits, plans and payments

  • Generations cost credits. The cost is shown before you generate, and failed or canceled generations are refunded to your balance.
  • Monthly plan credits refill each billing month and don't roll over. Top-up credits don't expire while your account is open.
  • Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments and used credits are not refundable.
  • Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.

3. Capacity and availability

The studio runs on shared GPU capacity. Jobs may wait in a queue at busy times, higher plans are served first, and a job that can't start in time is canceled and refunded. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee that the studio, a model or a feature will always be available. Models can be added, changed or removed.

4. Your content

  • You keep the rights you have in what you upload (your “inputs”) and, as between you and us, in what you generate (your “outputs”).
  • You give us the permission we need to store, process and show your inputs and outputs to run the studio for you, including sending them to our AI processing provider to generate results.
  • If you publish an output to the Community, anyone can view it together with its prompt and settings, and other users can recreate it. You can unpublish it at any time.
  • You are responsible for making sure your inputs and your use of outputs don't break the law or anyone else's rights.

5. AI outputs

AI results can be inaccurate, can look unlike your real product, and can resemble existing material by chance. Check every output before you use it, especially in ads and product listings, so your customers see an accurate picture of what they're buying. Some open-source models come with their own license terms; we will list any that affect commercial use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse prompts, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break it.

7. Liability

The studio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email or in the studio. For questions, write to support@ecomtools.studio.
