How the queue works. All plans share one pool of GPUs. When it's busy, jobs wait their turn: higher plans go first, and waiting jobs move up over time, so Free jobs aren't stuck at the back. Images usually take seconds and videos a few minutes once they start. If a job fails, or can't start within 30 minutes at peak times, its credits come back automatically.
Credit math uses about 1 credit per image and 15 per 5-second video. The Generate button always shows the exact cost first.

Credits measure how much work a generation takes. A standard image costs about 1 credit, a 5-second video about 15 credits, and audio about 1 credit for every 5 seconds. The exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you start, and failed generations are refunded automatically.
Everything runs on a shared pool of GPUs with a fixed capacity. At busy times jobs wait their turn. Paid plans are dispatched first (higher plans before lower ones), and every job gains priority the longer it waits. Each plan can also run a set number of generations at once, and videos have a daily limit so everyone gets a fair share. A job that can't start within 30 minutes is canceled and refunded, so you're never charged for waiting.
Monthly plan credits refill at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire. We always use your monthly credits first, then top-ups.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing in your account. If you cancel, your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Every plan can use every live model, including Text to Speech, Voice Design, Music Generator, Song Generator, Sound Effects, Vocal Isolator, AI Dubbing, Flux Klein 9B and more. They're open-source models that run on the studio's shared GPU capacity.
