Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Ecom Tools Studio collects, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.

Placeholder — the owner will replace this text before launch. It outlines how Ecom Tools Studio works and is not yet a reviewed legal document.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, and a display name if you add one. We never show your email to other users.
  • Your content: the files you upload, your prompts and settings, and the images, videos and audio you generate.
  • Billing data: your plan, credit balance and purchase history. Card details are collected by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and logs, used for security, rate limits and fixing problems.
  • Reports: if you report a Community item, the reason and any note you add.

2. How we use it

  • To sign you in, run your generations and keep your library.
  • To take payments, manage plans and credits, and send receipts and service emails.
  • To keep the studio safe: preventing abuse, enforcing limits and reviewing reported content.
  • To understand and improve the studio, using analytics only if you allow analytics cookies.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your uploads to train AI models.

3. Who processes it for us

  • Vercel (hosting) and MongoDB Atlas (database).
  • Cloudflare R2 (file storage for uploads and outputs).
  • ModelsLab (AI processing: your prompts and input files are sent to generate results).
  • Stripe (payments) and Resend (sign-in and service emails).

Some of these providers process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Community

Only generations you choose to publish appear in the Community, together with their prompt, model and settings and your display name (or “Creator” if you haven't set one). Your uploads are never shown. You can unpublish at any time.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account data and content while your account is open. Deleted generations are removed from storage. When you close your account we delete your personal data, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud prevention reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@ecomtools.studio and we'll respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
